Assembly Declaration
By the authority vested in us, we, the Living soul people of the land, do hereby issue this Proclamation and Declaration conveying our unwavering commitment to the
principles set forth in Genesis 1:28 of both the Geneva Bible and the King James Bible.
With utmost reverence and loyalty, we pledge our allegiance to the sacred concepts of customary, natural and common law, individual sovereignty, property rights, the right to assemble, and the recognition of individual and collective jurisdiction of consent, all under the trust of God the Creator.
Genesis 1:28, a divine mandate bestowed upon humanity, resonates deeply within our hearts, urging us to "be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it." We, the people, embrace this profound responsibility, acknowledging that it is by the trust of the Creator that such authority and dominion have been granted to humankind. With humble reverence, we recognize that our stewardship over the earth must be guided by the wisdom and divine purpose of our Creator.
In our pursuit of justice and the preservation of order, we wholeheartedly acknowledge the timeless wisdom held within customary, natural and common law. This noble tradition, rooted in the shared values and customs of our society, forms the bedrock of a just and lawful framework.
Customary law, deriving from long-standing practices and traditions, serves as a repository of accumulated wisdom, reflecting the values, norms, and aspirations of our community.
Natural Law is a body of principles that are considered to be inherent in nature and have universal application in determining whether human conduct is right or wrong, often contrasted with positive law. An ethical theory that posits the existence of a law whose content is set by nature and that therefore has validity everywhere. A rule or body of rules of conduct inherent in human nature and essential to or binding upon human society.
Common law, developed through judicial precedent and the collective wisdom of generations, ensures the fair and equitable resolution of disputes and the protection of individual rights. By upholding the practices and customs that have stood the test of time, we establish an enduring system that reveres the rights, dignity, and inherent worth of every individual.
The principle of individual sovereignty upholds the belief that every person has the right to self-governance, free from undue interference or oppression. It is our steadfast belief that the autonomy of individuals to make decisions about their own lives, exercise their freedoms, including the right to assemble, and pursue their own happiness, within the boundaries of the law, is paramount for the flourishing of our society.
Furthermore, we recognize the importance of individual and collective jurisdiction of consent. As individuals, we have the inherent right to exercise jurisdiction over our own lives, to make choices that align with our values, and to bear responsibility for the consequences of those choices. This includes the right to assemble, being two or more gathered, within a jurisdiction, to peacefully express our beliefs, share ideas, and engage in collective action for the betterment of our communities.
The right to assemble is a fundamental pillar of democracy, providing a platform for the free exchange of thoughts, fostering social cohesion, and empowering individuals
to collectively address concerns and advocate for change. Simultaneously, we acknowledge the power of collective jurisdiction, understanding that as a society, we must come together affirming consent to establish and enforce laws that ensure the well-being, safety, and harmonious coexistence of all.
Collective jurisdiction, based on the consent of the self-governed, grants legitimacy to any servant of the people working within previously agreed rules entrusted to representative institutions and promotes participatory democracy. By recognizing both individual and collective jurisdiction by consent, we uphold the delicate balance between personal freedoms and the welfare of the community, fostering a society where the voice of each individual matters and collective decisions are made with the shared understanding and agreement of the people.
We also cherish the inviolability of property rights and acknowledge the fundamental right to acquire, possess, and enjoy our property. Property rights serve as the cornerstone of economic freedom, incentivizing individuals to work, invest, and innovate.
By recognizing and protecting property rights, we foster an environment of certainty, enabling individuals to plan for the future, build wealth, and contribute to the overall prosperity of the kingdom. Upholding property rights encourages responsible stewardship of resources and rewards the diligent efforts of individuals, ultimately benefiting the entirety of all.
In this Proclamation and Declaration we, the people, united in purpose and spirit, pledge our unwavering commitment to the acceptance of Genesis 1:28, the trust in God the Creator, customary, natural and common law, individual sovereignty, property rights, the right to assemble, and the recognition of individual and collective jurisdiction by consent. These principles form the very foundation of a just and prosperous society.
We declare that our rights and freedoms are protected and that justice prevails, the innate dignity of every individual is respected, and the principles of individual and collective jurisdiction be upheld.
May this Proclamation and Declaration serve as a testament to our shared responsibility to uphold these cherished values, and may it strengthen the bonds between the people of the land.
